Needs more view options

Really need to have the "ribbon" view to simplify the structures so that only the backbone is visible, especially for protein complexes.

When you project Molecules on the screen, a white box saying something like "this page is intentionally blank" is projected on top of the structure, making it useless for the classroom. If you could fix that bug, it would be helpful.
